Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia on Wednesday cited the assault of a minor girl in West Delhi and slammed the BJP, asking the party to focus on law and order as “elections are over”.

“I want to say to the BJP that elections are over and now it should pay attention to law and order that has collapsed in Delhi,” he said at a press conference.

He also alleged that criminals were fearless because they knew the BJP’s priorities were just to abuse Arvind Kejriwal and AAP.

According to news agency ANI, Union minister and BJP national president JP Nadda will also attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new chief minister of Delhi and the council of ministers.

The Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed MP Ravi Shankar Prasad and party’s national secretary Om Prakash Dhankar as central observers for electing Leader of Delhi BJP legislature party.

The oath-taking ceremony is expected to have massive crowds, so we are making foolproof arrangements for security, not only for the common people but also for the VIPs who will be attending the function.”

“We have deployed the whole of Central District, which will be assisted by Additional DCPs of other districts. We have around 15 DCP level officers in Law and Order, besides other officers,” he added.

RJD MP Manoj Kumar Jha said, “They couldn’t find one capable candidate in 11 days? Maybe they are finding it difficult to find someone who is capable and also a puppet.”
