Jaipur: Applications for UK-India Young Professionals Scheme (YPS) 2025 will open next week, offering 3,000 young Indians the opportunity to live, study, travel, and work in the UK for up to two years.
The UK govt-run programme is a bespoke, reciprocal scheme, allowing both UK and Indian nationals aged 18-30 to experience life in each other’s countries for up to two years.
Indian nationals can enter the free ballot on gov.uk between Feb 18 and 20. To qualify, applicants must hold a qualification equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree or higher. Selected candidates will be notified within two weeks and must apply for their visa within 90 days of receiving the confirmation email. Last year, over 2,100 Indian nationals secured YPS visas. tnn
